  • G.I.FITNESS is proud to announce that due to the success of the Brixworth Boot Camp we are now also running our Boot Camp in Abington park, Northampton. Sessions   will be structured to suit all  fitness levels. Clients are motivated by the G.I.Fitness Instructor and each other to do their best and work harder than they would on their own.  All sessions are designed so that you enjoy yourself, sometimes so much so that you don't realise that you are improving your fitness in ways you never thought possible.   • Improved endurance and overall fitness levels
  • Reduced recovery time after exercise  
  • A faster metabolism to maintain weight loss even when not exercising

Thre are 3 Boot Camps at Abington Park all 3 are for any fitness level and ability:-

  • 0700Hrs - This is for the early birds or those who wish to train before work.
  • 0930Hrs - This Camp is run with people with children in mind so you can drop off the kids at school then get yourself down to Boot Camp.
  • 1800Hrs - This session is currently unavailable due to the dark evenings however it will be starting up in April so to book your place call us now!
