Personal Training is all about staying motivated, getting results and getting them on schedule. I recognise that every client is individual, and I also know that every client requires a bespoke programme to achieve their goals

As a dedicated motivator I will aim to achieve the results you are looking for on schedule.

Personal training can help you to achieve enhanced health and fitness, better body shape, weight loss, muscle building and enhanced sports performance.

How it works

1.     Arrange your complimentary, no obligation consultation, where I will work with you to assess your goals and discuss your individual training programme.

2.   In your first training session I will give you a comprehensive body analysis (see FAQ section for details). The results of your body analysis enable me to design a safe, effective and achievable programme personalised to you.

3.   In your second session I will get started on your new programme, regularly monitoring your progress along the way to ensure that we stay on track and that you stay motivated.
