Group exersise

The benefits of Group Exercise include:

Ø The majority of people prefer to exercise in a group

Ø With an instructor to motivate you for the whole class you will work harder for longer  

Ø With an instructor you’re more likely to complete a well rounded exercise routine and if they say to ‘Get a move on’ you are more likely to do it than if you are alone

Ø Working out in a group at G.I.Fitness has an excellent atmosphere

Ø It’s social, you meet new people and most of all IT’S FUN!!!

Ø People new to exercise are more likely to return to a group exercise class than to go it alone.

 Ø The instructor will be changing the workout and continually pushing your capability’s to keep getting results week on week.

 Ø There is great camaraderie in all the G.I.Fitness classes

 Ø Working out in a group provides accountability and routine to attend on a certain day at a certain time each week
