THE TRAINERS WHAT IS G.I.FITNESS? G.I.Fitness is a military-style fitness class which is run by ex-army instructors, held in Brixworth Country Park and now at Abington Park, Northampton. The class is designed using military techniques and modern sports science in unison to get YOU fit. The class runs for a period of 4 weeks at a time, within this period you will attend up to three sessions every week depending on your availability if you don't train you don't pay for the session*. The classes are varied throughout the 4 weeks and it becomes more challanging as your fitness level increases, so you don't get stuck in a rut and are always improving. At G.I.Fitness there are two groups with varying fitness ability's so you won't be left behind but you also won't be up ahead feeling like you are not benefiting from the session, everyone gets a good workout and we always have FUN!!!
